As a former college athlete and lifelong movement enthusiast, I've taken a vested interest optimizing performance, enhancing injury recovery and improving day-to-day psychological/physiological function. I found that receiving bodywork + massage was fundamental to sustained holistic wellness. This experience compelled me to share this profoundly impactful modality with the world... my depth of understanding & knowledge comes from first-hand experience, as well as formal education.
After attaining an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and working in the corporate tech world, I pivoted to pursue what aligned with my lifestyle & values. I attended National Holistic Institute, A College of Massage Therapy (NHI) and graduated from the 1,250 hour Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program. Following graduation I worked in a number of settings, including an industry leading Medical Massage Clinic. We collaborated with traditional healthcare providers to provide best possible holistic health outcomes for patients. At Credo, we bring the same caliber of care to the greater Sacramento region.
Healing is a multifaceted endeavor; Credo Bodyworks can be a strong pillar of support for you and/or your loved ones.
Please reach out with any questions, let's connect and discuss your wellness goals. If we align, I'll develop a bespoke soft/connective tissue treatment plan to address your specific needs, tailored to your vision of wellness, applying my expertise.

Neuromuscular Therapy holistically addresses one's nervous system & musculoskeletal system. The term "neuromuscular" is used to describe the feedback loop between one's mind & body. The health of a person's Neuromuscular feedback loops can be affected by repetitive movements, traumatic injury, work ergonomics & lifestyle habits.
Trigger Point Therapy is a modality under Neuromuscular bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing "trigger points" in your body.
Myofascial release is a hands-on therapy that aims to restore proper fascial mobility and relieve pain and dysfunction by releasing restrictions, adhesions & tension in the body's myofascial system through gentle, sustained pressure, heat, cupping and stretching techniques:
